Join us at Echo Hill Ranch, nestled in the heart of the breathtaking Texas Hill Country, for an unforgettable event under the cosmic spectacle of a total eclipse. From April 5th at 3:00 pm to April 8th at 5:00 pm, immerse yourself in a unique experience as we witness this rare astronomical phenomenon from within the totality path. 

As the moon gracefully obscures the sun, casting an ethereal twilight upon the landscape, guests will have the opportunity to marvel at the wonders of the universe in a truly mesmerizing setting. Whether you're an avid stargazer or simply curious about the celestial marvels above, this event promises to be an enlightening and awe-inspiring journey into the depths of space.

But our gathering serves a dual purpose. Not only will you be partaking in an extraordinary celestial event, but you'll also be supporting a noble cause. This event doubles as a fundraiser for the Gold Star Camp, an organization dedicated to providing support and resources for families of fallen soldiers. By attending, you'll be contributing to a meaningful initiative while creating cherished memories under the Texas sky.

Entertainment and meals will be provided. Entertainment provided will consist of guided nature hikes, sports, swimming with a lifeguard on duty, feeding and petting the horses, archery, there is also a good chance that we will have live music from some local Texas bands, campfires at night if permissible.


A total of 9 meals including dinner on Friday, 3 meals on Saturday and Sunday, breakfast and lunch on Monday will be provided to guests getting a 3 day pass, for guests getting a day pass breakfast and lunch will be provided.


Everyone gets souvenir wristbands and eclipse glasses included.

Cabins are equiped with running water, electricity, and beds with mattresses, please bring all personal items, toiletires, and bedding that you will need. 

 

Rules and guidelines for the event.

Respect the property: Treat the ranch facilities, equipment, and natural surroundings with care and respect. Do not damage or deface any property belonging to the ranch.

Stay within designated areas: Stick to designated trails and areas outlined by the event organizers. Avoid wandering into areas of the ranch that are not on the official map.

Campfire safety: If campfires are permitted, ensure they are built only in designated fire pits or areas. Always fully extinguish fires before leaving them unattended.

Wildlife awareness: Be mindful of local wildlife and refrain from feeding or disturbing animals. Keep food securely stored to prevent attracting wildlife to the campsite.

Leave no trace: Practice Leave No Trace principles by cleaning up after yourself and properly disposing of trash and waste in designated bins or containers.

Respectful noise levels: Be considerate of other guests by keeping noise levels to a reasonable level, especially during quiet hours.

Alcohol and substance use: We cannot serve alcohol however alcohol is permitted, consume it responsibly and in accordance with the law. Illegal drugs and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.

Safety precautions: Follow all safety guidelines provided by event staff, including instructions for activities such as swimming or hiking. Wear appropriate attire and footwear for outdoor activities.

Personal belongings: Keep personal belongings secure and organized to prevent loss or theft. Avoid leaving valuables unattended in common areas.

Emergency procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and know the location of emergency exits, first aid kits, and communication devices. Report any accidents or emergencies to event staff immediately.

Weather readiness: Be prepared for changing weather conditions by bringing appropriate clothing and gear, such as rain jackets, hats, and sunscreen.

Respectful behavior: Treat fellow participants, event staff, and ranch personnel with courtesy and respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

By following these rules, participants can ensure a safe, enjoyable, and responsible overnight experience on the ranch in Texas.
